About Your Teacher
Background information:
My name is Francis Le, and you can call me Mr. Le. I earned my degree in Chemistry at the University of California, Los Angeles, and I'm working toward my Master in the Art of Teacher. For the past three years, I have been working with students from 5th to 12th grade to teach them about different levels of Math and Chemistry. In term of Chemistry, I have experience working with inorganic, organic, physical as well as quantum levels. Hobbies: Baking and vocal training. I earned my certificate in professional baking in March 2019 with the New School of Cooking in Pasadena. I love all types of cakes, but my focus is on Asian bakery. My goal is to apply my knowledge in Chemistry to improve my favorite recipes. In term of vocal training, I spent six years practicing my voice at Pasadena City College and UCLA. My focus is on classical music, but I can sing other types as well. (Hint: one of your projects has something to do with music) |
About the course:
In this class, you will be learning about the basic concepts in Chemistry and how to apply them to real-life situations. This is a project-based course, so be ready to work on numerous projects throughout the academic year.
